i'm pushing you away cuz i don't know how to tell you i need you at least not with these words and yeah, i hate myself, but i meant it when i said i love you with all my bloody little heart so fuck the fake shit cuz this epic head rush is so high prophet and i cant take all the pain and the shame and the blame on myself if you knew what made me tick it'd probably make you sick darkness in my soul besieged by memories that often render me incoherant sensory overload so fuck the fake shit cuz this epic head rush is so high prophet and i can't take all the pain and the shame and the blame on myself taking the gun and i aim at myself

about

this is stuff we recorded towards the end of the band that never got finished or properly mixed or anything let alone released. The master tapes are long missing as well so, yeah, this is what you get. It sounds like shit but you get the gist.
This was recorded in like, 2001? i dunno those years are all a blur. Peet had left the band and Chris Kohler from the Skirtheads sat in for a few months or year but when he flaked out our young homie Antonio of Sacralicious stepped up to breathe a bit of fresh air into what was ultimately a dying band. Some of us were VERY heavy into drugs at this point. listening to this stuff now i think damn, if we'd only had our shit together this coulda been a great album. oh well. anyway this was recorded on analog reel to reel tape by a guy named todd who's last name i can't remember but he used to hang out at mission records and kinda looked like a wolf. we recorded it at one of our meth dealer's warehouse space, so we kept getting interrupted when customers would stop by. also the almost-famous "swing-rapper" jimmy luxury was an engineer or something, but i think all he really did was smoke our weed.
The last couple tracks are without Jason's vocals (or maybe they're just REALLY low in the mix) and are presented here for historical purposes only.
